C&M Consulting is committed to using our gifts and skills to promote the good of our community. We live and work in Boerne, TX and do all we can to give back to a town that has given so much to us.

Where do our values come from?

As business professionals, we quickly came to the realization that folks are coming to us for what they do not know. We have watched, and personally experienced, how many so-called "digital marketing agencies" burden small businesses with "monthly service fees". They start the onboarding process with an auto-draft agreement, making sure they are paid before they even begin the real work: the Client's work.

Our founder, Robert Esparza, was raised under a banner of hard work and attention to detail. In short: do the next right thing. If it's worth doing once, it's worth doing right.
